As a rapidly developing bank holding a special place in the banking and financial sectors, "Bank Silk Way", which introduced a number of innovations and implemented large-scale projects in the recent years, remaining committed to its tradition, introduced another innovation and decided to change its name. Thus, "Bank Silk Way" OJSC continues to operate under the brand name "Premium Bank" OJSC.

Be kindly noted that from November 23, 2018, "Bank Silk Way" Open Joint Stock Company will continue to function under the brand name "Premium Bank" OJSC.

Changing the brand name of the Bank does not relieve of the rights and obligations of the Bank in relation to its customers and contractors, nor does it stop the service for the used card products. Also, changing the name does not entail changing the Bank details (TIN, SWIFT code, correspondent account, address, phone numbers, etc.).
