Baku Shop Fest

Please, be informed that Silk Way Bank LLC has been appointed as an authorized bank for refunding the value-added tax paid for goods purchased by foreign guests and residents of our city in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan, but not intended for production or commercial purposes, during the "Baku Shopping Festival", organized in Baku by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

For the return of the value-added tax, the following three simple steps must be taken:

1. Make purchases worth more than AZN 100 in stores with a special sticker of the Shopping Festival;

2. After receiving the electronic tax invoice, contact the VAT booths;

3. Get back the amount of VAT in cash or in a non-cash way (in the bank).

Until May 10, the main office and branches of Silk Way Bank will operate in a particularly enhanced mode:

• Head office at 131A, Hasan Aliyev St.: five days a week - from 09.00 to 22.00, on weekends and public holidays from 10.00 to 22.00

• Branch No. 1 at 162, Nizami Str.: five days a week from 09:00 to 22:00, on weekends and holidays from 10:00 to 22:00

• And also (point 11) at the department №1 of our bank located in the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, the branches in Lenkoran, Ganja, and the exchange office in Gabala, as always, continue to work in 24/7 mode, serving customers including on weekends and holidays.
