Salam Lounge hall (Terminal 1, Floor 1, Departure)

• welcoming the passenger at the entry to Salam Lounge hall by passing through the terminal;
• organizing the passenger registration and flight arrangement;
• offering the passenger the seats considered priority aboard the airplane and organizing of accommodation;
• arranging the luggage registration and processing;
• accommodating the passenger in the Salam Lounge hall (the hall equipped with soft furniture and interior, telephone, internet (including Wi-Fi), printed media) for having a comfortable and effective time before departure (nearly 2 hours);
• providing the passenger with the food based on the menu approved at the Salam Lounge hall;
• inviting the passenger to the entraining point for the timely flight-related procedures.

Baku Club hall (Terminal 1, Floor 1, Arrival)

• welcoming the passenger at the entry to the hall for the comfortable and effective time and his reception and servicing (within an hour) at the Baku Club hall (the hall equipped with soft furniture, interior, internet (including Wi-Fi), printed media, etc.)
• providing the passenger with the food based on the menu approved at the Baku Club hall.

Moreover, SW Bank presents a gift certificate for a one-off visit to the Salam Lounge hall to every new Visa/MC Platinum Miles card holder. The holders of existing platinum cards can currently get the indicated certificates at the head office of the Bank. To this end, it is necessary to submit a platinum card and an identity card.

Notes:

• To use the service (on exclusive tariffs) it is necessary to pay by SW Bank Miles cards;
• Each holder of the card can take 4 people by exclusive tariffs with him/her (the tariff fee  is $15 at Salam Lounge and $14 at Baku Club);
• Children aged 2 to 12 years get a 50% discount to enter the hall (the tariff fee is $7,5 at  Salam Lounge  and $7 at Baku Club);
• For children below 2 years of age the entry is free of charge.
